1. Operator and contact

2. Free service and how it works

Choosing a file starts an on-device processing session. The free service agreement lasts until you clear the workspace or leave the page. Registration and payment are not required for current tools or downloads. All currently available file transformations, including OCR and background removal, run on your device. There is no server-side file conversion or file storage.

The browser downloads the website, libraries, fonts and, when needed, recognition data or the background model. These downloads do not upload your file. Keep a copy of your original and save your output before closing the page; we cannot retrieve a file for you.

3. Technical requirements and limitations

Use an up-to-date browser supporting JavaScript, WebAssembly, workers and local downloads. Processing needs enough memory and an internet connection to load the necessary software. File limits and format restrictions appear on each tool page. Files over 100 MB each, 250 MB together, or more than 50 files in one job are not accepted.

PDF text editing adds overlays. Signatures are drawn visual marks, not qualified electronic signatures. Cropping a PDF hides the outside region; it does not permanently erase its content. Use the redaction tool for permanent removal and verify the result. OCR and background removal can make mistakes. Compression can retain the original when it cannot reduce the size. Check outputs before relying on or sharing them.

4. Responsible use and your content

Use files you are entitled to process. Do not use the service unlawfully, attack its infrastructure, bypass security controls or interfere with other visitors. Processing does not transfer ownership of your documents to us and does not give us a licence to retain, publish or train models on them. We do not inspect your local files.

5. Optional support payments

After a result, we may offer an optional tip to support the tool that you have just used. The download remains available whether you contribute or dismiss the offer. This is support for our commercial service, not a charitable collection or a tax-deductible donation. No support payment buys priority, guarantees an outcome or creates a subscription.

Payments are currently unavailable. When enabled, the selected currency, total amount including any applicable tax, operator and payment terms will be displayed before you confirm payment on Stripe-hosted Checkout. No default support payment is added to another purchase. Contact us about an unintended support payment within 14 days; we offer a refund to the original payment method, subject to identification of the transaction. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

6. Future accounts and paid services

Accounts, subscriptions and individual paid tasks are prepared but are not active offers today. An account will be optional unless a particular future offer explicitly requires it. Before activation, its price, billing frequency, duration, cancellation, refund and consumer withdrawal rules will be provided separately. No recurring charge starts without a deliberate order confirming the payment obligation.

Future account or payment servers handle identity and billing information, not your files. Future paid-service contracts may have statutory 14-day withdrawal rights. We will not presume a waiver; any legally required request for early performance and acknowledgement will be obtained separately. A subscription must be cancellable without contacting support.

7. Complaints and ending use

You can stop using the free service at any time. Send a complaint to kontakt@szczoteczki.com with the tool, date, browser and a description of the issue; do not attach confidential files. We reply to consumer complaints within 14 days. If a future account is active, you can request its closure through the account settings or by email.

Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or particular search, OCR or conversion results. Polish law governs these terms without depriving consumers of mandatory protections of their country of habitual residence. Consumers retain access to competent courts and applicable out-of-court dispute procedures, including assistance from Polish consumer ombudsmen.

8. Updates and language

We may improve tools or change these terms for technical, legal or security reasons. The dated text applies to the free session begun under it; changes do not retrospectively alter a paid order. Material account or paid-contract changes will be communicated in advance with applicable cancellation rights. Polish and English versions are available. Mandatory consumer law prevails over any interpretation of this document.
